    The pyramids are timeless. The town is nice, but not exceptional. Tourist services are mostly bad.     It’s Unbelievable to see an actual Pyramid!

    It’s Unbelievable to see an actual Pyramid! The experience of seeing these pyramids and the temples is not the same as watching them from you living and watching it on your TV! But because of the pandemic no one was allowed to climb up the pyramids, we were disappointed. However, were able to stand next to it watched it touch it and take videos and pictures!We walked around for more than a mile and even though it was a long hike and a lot of walking l, it was tiring, but it was really really worth it and a a scenic wonder!!! I want to do it all over again!!!

    Fernando and Oswaldo and all the staff where so kind, hospitable and willing to help. Truly a homely space. They went the extra mile to respond to my requests and made sure i was comfortable. I travel a lot internationally and it is very rare to find a guesthouse with the right balance of professionalism, efficency, cleanliness and a warm friendly atmosphere. Thank you to Hotel Jatziri for an amazing time in Tiotihuacan.

    The hotel is well located and has a lovely garden. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We have stayed here twice and slept very well. The rooms are kept very clean and the maid service is excellent. You can see the temples from the garden which is really nice. The owner is very friendly and accommodated our requests. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

    It felt like home, a small hotel run by the family; the hosts are welcoming, the breakfast was genuine and actually much bigger than you could eat; the hosts also helped us to arrange a transport to the closest airport as well as recommended some restaurants to grab a bite and they were very good

    The hotel is beautiful and the amenities were great. The best part was meeting the owner Emily. She is such a nice and warm person. We were given the option to share a small apartment on the same property since we were 2 couples and the space really worked out for us. It was a great stay!

    A nice, attractive hotel with a pleasant garden and simple, comfortable rooms, in a quiet neighbourhood. Only a 15 min walk to the pyramids. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The free break was good. The staff didn’t speak much English but were very helpful.
