    Telchac Puerto is a very small town, about 35 minutes from Progreso. We went in there 3 times to eat and once to the grocery store. Most of our time was spent in Progreso, as it had so much more to offer.

    Showers cold water, food was terrible, almost out of business. Trying to save money on food. Tennis court mesh all ripped. Facilities needs several repairs and upgrades. Lobby restrooms in a very poor condition, not properly sanitized.

    I love the dead end road with the beach a short walk away and the marina at the hotel. A lot of what I like about this place has sadly changed. Their water pressure is still good (once we got maintenance to come and change the shower head which was completely blocked) The restaurant view is beautiful. Their beds are very comfortable.

    There is nothing to like on this property. It's very very old, maintenance is not happening, smell is horrible, everything is falling into pieces, beach is a joke and it's an all inclusive hotel but then only breakfast was included and needed to pay extra.

    One of my favourite stays - really pretty and authentic- especially loved the garden The hosts are really helpful and always answered any questions. Short walk to "Centro" and also to Seahorse hotel (Hotel Caballito Le mar) for food and drinks

    The place was just gorgeous and had everything that you would need for your stay. The deck was huge with a lot of furniture to lounge on and an amazing view. 30 mins from Progreso and 5 mins from Telchac Puerto.
