Location was good, a short walk to the center/plaza. The staff is very friendly and provided good tips and advices. The room was big enough for our family of 4. And a great advantage is the parking garage on street level.

Absolutely blown away by the service, exceptional staff and onsite breakfast which we looked forward to every day (i am now addicted to cafe de olla!). In particular Salvador was very friendly and helpful, but every staff member was wonderful. We would defo come back! The facilities were stunningly beautiful and it was close to the local markets.

This hotel is little oasis. It's on Independence street in the heart of Tlaquepaque just by the statue of the giant, so an amazing and busy location, but once inside you are in a beautiful tranquil garden with a hydrotherapy pool. The rooms are modern and spot with king size beds and the owner Tar couldn't have been more helpful, he leant me his mobile charger because I'd left mine behind, helped me sort out a taxi to the airport for 4am and got up at that time to make sure I was able to leave. I was sorry I couldn't stay longer but will definitely be back next time I'm in Guadalajara.
