The welcome and check out gifts surprised me, it was such a nice touch! The hotel design is unique, cozy, the garden of the hotel is calming, with cute birds chirping around, and some nice plants. The breakfast was tasteful, and the staff of the hotel very kind! In terms of location, everything was very close, super centric location, safe, and with very good vibes. Oaxaca is amazing as it is, and this hotel just added to the exceptional time we had there.

Great location. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely and good options. Everybody was really friendly and even helped us booking a taxi to the airport. We stayed in the front room and had no issues with noise at night at all. The room was decorated beautifully. Would highly recommend and would come back again if in Oaxaca!

Excellent staff did more than enough to save my holiday due to an accident where I twisted my angle. They even drove me to a hospital. Thank you! You are The best! The place itself is very cool and well kept eco-hotel that saves precious Water in many ways. Well done! Location is also very good just few blocks outside from the busiest tourist zone Zocalo

The hotel location is excellent in Xochimilco, as you can walk to great coffee shops, bakery, and great restaurants. The Jacuzzi terrace and the Roof Top Terrace are awesome and with good views.The room size was great, and the facilities, room, and washroom were very clean. The coffee kitchen in the common area always had refreshments and freshly poured coffee. I highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely come back.

A home away from home. Truly the best hospitality and warmth we experienced from a hotel in all of Mexico. The staff were exceptionally wonderful, as was the extra touches to make you feel truly warm and at home. We were at ease immediately and felt accepted by the gracious ladies at reception. The whole experience is wonderful and amazing! This is the best hotel I booked in México. The receptionist is so considerate. The room is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. They even have a WhatsApp channel for any question. If someday I go back to Oaxaca, I’ll chose Pug Seal.
