    Food is not good totally .

    Food is not good totally . We ordered tomyam n pizza for dinner We can say that the prize for the food was not cheap but the taste was not up to the standard. Even the prawn tasted like “ridsect” the pizza was very tasteless The breakfast was not worth it. Thr team maybe not competent enough to handle such a very big crowd The prize for the room is not cheap either That prize we expect some stars but there is no star can be given to the resort

    Am excellent variety of accommodations to choose from.

    Am excellent variety of accommodations to choose from. The Ombak Festival is awesome here and we came exclusively for it... Easy to get around because we had a chauffeur driven car from the resort. Amd the water theme park was an excellent bonus after the fabulous concerts..

    I did not get time to visit desaru , as I was there for a short stay of just 2 days and the plan was to relax . However, I noticed there were some places to go around like fruit farm, fire fly boat tours . It could be a good trip if one is ready to stay there for 3-4 days .

    Excellent location to spend time with family, especially the beaches. The strong tides made it even more enjoyable. It was possible to fully view the ocean due to the absence of obstructions in addition to the blue waters of the south China sea.

    Beautiful beach with the best sunrise view.

    Beautiful beach with the best sunrise view. Driving there from Senai is good with the nice view of the bridge. There are small township not too far away from the Desaru Coast area, so u can still get cheaper n more varieties of food n necessities there instead of limiting urself to eat in the hotel. Cycling is good around the area, less car n good challenging route, so bring your road bike next time. Food at tge Restoran Nelayan is good, food within Westin is superb.

    repeat booking cos we loved the direct access to desaru water park. room was comfortable with ceiling fan. filtered water on a tap in the bathroom 💯. special shout out goes to the Hard Rock staff that was involved especially Mus, for accommodating to our urgent needs when our family member became unwell during our stay. will definitely stay in hard rock desaru again ❤️

    The location rawks. The beach was pretty close - just 3 minutes walk away from the lobby and rooms. The hotel itself was spotless and really well maintained, including the beach area where the sun decks are set up. It's also about a 10 minute walk across the road to Hard Rock Cafe and the Adventure Cove waterpark.

    the rooms are big and comfortable! this hotel is a short drive away from the public beach and fruit farm, a good location with affordable price. but if your intent is to enjoy the beach, then hotels along the coast (more expensive) will suit you better. the staff are very friendly too!
