It was a great 1 night stay before their grand opening. Great experience. Room, bed and pillow are very comfy. Similar to the KSL in Johor. Firm enough to have a good night sleep. Location will be superb when the mall is fully open. During my visit, it is still under construction. Just right across the street, there are many fast food chains like MCD, Family Mart etc. So grabbing fast food is extremely simple. 7-11 just right next to the lobby. Staff are very friendly. During my stay as the hotel is new. Spacious Gym and facilities are very new. Enjoyed my stay and will re-visit when I stop by Klang again.

Kuhen was exceptionally good at ensuring my safety, efficient transportation and availed himself to schedule and book an exciting tour of Kuala Lumpur to enhance my experience. The service was excellent, the staff were very helpful. Thank you for the manager Zahary who helped a lot during my stay making it more comfortable, feels like staying at home. Definitely coming back to Concorde for the next trip. The little convenience store and 24 hours room service were very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Setia Alam! The customer service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The hotel environment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The location is incredibly convenient, right across from a shopping mall where you can find a wide variety of local delicacies and everything you need. Getting a ride was also super easy, making transportation a breeze. This hotel will definitely be my top choice whenever I visit Setia Alam again. Highly recommended!
