Very clean and comfortable room (we had the one with windows). Friendly staff. Good location (despite some reviewers mentioned limited pedestrian walk, this is not the hotels flaw, but something common for the city).

really enjoyed my stay at **Heeren Street Boutique Hotel**! Location memang best gila – just sebelah Jonker Walk, jalan kaki less than 1 min dah sampai semua food & shops. Dutch Square and river cruise pun dekat je, very convenient. Hotel very clean and comfortable, tilam empuk, bilik pun fresh. They even ada water filter untuk guest, not many hotels provide this. Plus, ada pest control regularly and UV sterilization, so rasa safe and hygienic. Staff semua super friendly, siap tolong angkat luggage and bukakan pintu. Parking senang juga, ada big paid carpark kat belakang hotel, boleh masuk ikut pintu belakang terus. Overall, very worth the price. Suitable for couple, family, even pet friendly rooms pun ada. Sure akan datang lagi next time! Highly recommended 👍

Dayah made me welcome and let me know everything as soon as I arrived. Her impeccable service continued throughout the stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is awesome. The bed was comfy, my only complaint being that it was hard to get out of it in the morning as I slept so well. The bathroom was huge, clean and hot water was always available. I would definitely return.

Everything was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Great stay in Malacca outside the hustle of the main streets and just 5 minutes away by taxi or grab. Comfortable beds and great bathroom with separate bath and shower. Great value for money, we've been in other hotels for about this price in Malaysia and this one was the best.
