FAZILA WAS AMAZING I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every request I had during my stay was handled with a smile. The room was spacious, elegant, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially loved the attention to detail and the little touches that made the stay feel truly luxurious. The facilities are outstanding — the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the spa and gym are top quality. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering fresh and delicious options every morning. The location is perfect: close enough to the main attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to enjoy peace and relaxation. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and impeccable service. I can’t wait to come back!

Spacious and comfortable four bedroom house to accommodate 10 adults and 2 infants. We requested for 2 additional mattresses with extra fees. We had the whole area to ourselves since it was a low season. Very quiet and peaceful area. Located about 10 minutes away from the airport. Very responsive and easy to communicate with the Sembilan manager.

We were looking “different” and it couldn’t have been better. We loved the view, the little independent house, the cosy place, the closeness to swimming pool and restaurant but above all the unbeatable service. The stuff was amazing all the way. Very professional and didn’t feel like customer / business relationship but guest / friend. Thanks Farhan for everything- your advices were gold and made our stay unforgettable.     We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, offering tranquility and peace away from the hustle and bustle. The views are breathtaking, truly a feast for the eyes. But what made our experience truly special were the people – they welcomed us like royalty! The interior of the hotel is stunningly beautiful, and everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Most importantly, there was a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We will definitely be returning!

    We booked this hotel for two nights and this hotel is shut due to maintainance...no one called us regarding the same and we reached late night to the hotel and their was no one at the hotel and it's mentioned outside on gate that hotel is shut and is under maintenance What kind of service is this..? Won't you inform us regarding the issue..? We were helpless at late night and somehow managed to find another hotel at that late hour I want my money back from Booking.com

    We had a magnificent stay at this unique boutique hotel. The units are self contained beautifully restored wooden Malay houses that's hundreds of years old. The view is to die for - set amongst lush rice paddies and looking to the west. It's a stay full of character and atmosphere.
