Kuah was nice, the locals were very friendly and we found some restaurants that served great food, however, our accommodation could have been better. There were things in the apartment that did not work and we had a booking for 5 adults but there were only two coffee cups, four chairs. Lock on the balcony door didn't work and neither did the lock on bedroom 1 window. Also, it took a couple of days for the wi-fi to work correctly.Guest review byJennyAustralia - 10.0

Many things to do: Geoparks, mangrove river tour, wildlife, Maha Tower, beautiful beaches and sunsets, cable cars and sky bridge, island hopping on speed boats, as well as delicious Malay, international cuisine and seafoods. Overall my fav part of the Island, with plenty of places. Scarborough FIsh n Chips is a great place to visit on Wednesday Nights for a beer and live music, along with Jacks bar. Great city to see and explore.
Great city to see and explore. The whole Island of Langkawi can be driven around so if you like a build up city Kuah is ideal to stay in. Close to the port and many choices for a good meal and exploring a night market.Guest review byAntoinetteAustralia

Renting a bike directly through the hotel is a huge recommendation, it’s the perfect way to explore the island. The views from the villas are beautiful, hands down the best on Langkawi. It’s an isolated stay in nature, you might even spot some leaf monkeys! The entire property is stunning, and the large pool is a definite highlight.
