Mercure Langakawi Team were a delight! We loved every moment we spent here. We had an amazing personell at the service desk, Room service, Bar area , pool area even at the breakfast area . We felt very welcome and well taken care of by Mizan and the rest of the crew. The hotel is beautifully located, 200m away from the beach,but two minutes away from the mall , starbucks, kfc ,other eateries, money exchange etc. Our room was SPACIOUS and had great views ..we could see the hills from our balcony. The amenities in the hotel are top notch. The bathroom is spacious and well thought through ( i wouldn`t expect any less standard from mercure!) The hotel landing is gorgeous , giving beach vibes !!The welcoming drinks a treat ! The breakfast was sumptous and we actually enjoyed having our breakfast at the hotel restaurant balcony. the bed was comfy. We were sad to be leaving but will certainly be back.

    Most happening area of Langkawi.

    Most happening area of Langkawi. Only beach with sports activities like parasailing, water scooter, boats, kyaking etc. Lots of cafes around and and a big flee market with multiple duty free shops nearby. Above all underwater world is also at 2 mins of drive from pantai cenang beach. Above all vegitarian indian food is also available in few restaurants of pantai cenang market.

    Busy beach, activities like parasailing, mind you don't get run over by the 4x4s. Water was murky all over Langkawi, we didn't swim at Pantai Cenang, just not appealing. Couple of beach bars to get an alcoholic drink, most restaurants serving traditional food are alcohol free. We did find delicious fresh fruit on the main street. It's a very touristy part of Langkawi, the beach we like was only very high end resorts. We did the cable car, was a nice view but tbh 2-3 days would be enough. I fell in love with the Chicken Rice Shop in Malaysia so went to Cenang Mall for food quite a bit.

    Excellent beaches and restaurants. In our opinion the best place for seafood was Orchid Ria restaurant; the owner and his staff were very helpful and the food were amazing! Plenty of restaurants with variety of food ranging from Indian, Chinese, Malay, Western and various fusions! Easy to get around the island by using Grab (like Uber) and it is cheap. Just download the apps and book a grab from any parts of the island. We visited the Eagle point, Aquarium, Oriental village and the 3D museum; all were good.

    We check in late and hotel still provide welcome drink. Friendly and smooth check in, especially bell boy and waitress in the bar area. Hotel design and use of space of luxurious and generous, simple, clean and spacious. Food is good and the portion is just right for two of us, and service is very fast maybe off peak season. Very good spread of varieties in the breakfast. Not bad for a short vacation or weekender holiday. Should be one of the friendliest hotel in Langkawi. Highly recommended.

    We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They offered a variety of activities at very reasonable prices. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the hotel is ideally located—just 5 minutes by scooter from the beach. We truly loved our time here and will definitely come back! A special mention to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful and gave us great tips and explanations about exploring Langkawi. She made our stay even more enjoyable:)

    i loved the location of the hotel it was away from the crowded areas in Langkawi but also near. being by the pool near the open field was relaxing. and it was 5minute walk to the near open beach. loved the lobby deco very instagramble . the staff were super nice and welcoming . and it has onsite tours booking which I booked the mangrove tour and the island hoping tour from and it was great!

    Fuuka Villa was the perfect stop for us in Langkawi. Far enough away from the main area of Pantai Cenang but walkable distance to everything including the beach just 200m walk. The rooms were well equipped and the a/c was perfect! Nice pool and the best thing is the owner/Manager, such a nice and generous person.
