Staff was really friendly and helpfull. They were smiling at all times and it genuinely felt like they liked working at the property. As written, the hotel inside is aesthetic and everything was clean. We were super happy with the stay and think it really made our trip to Langkawi memorable. + good breakfast

very nice selection of different restaurants nicest waterfront pools in Langkawi and the nature in the hotel garden is very nice with a lot of local wildlife like great hornbills, dusky leaf monkeys, dolphins in the sea infront of the pools etc.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Langkawi. Choosing Baba Boutique was the best decision. It’s a hidden gem tucked away on the strip. The design of the property was immaculate and in a pristine condition. It was aesthetically pleasing and refreshing. What made the trip more pleasant and memorable was the staff there. Their hospitality was brilliant and we felt at home. Staff at the Baba Boutique were welcoming and accommodating. We were given one complimentary mocktail each day which was refreshing. I’d like to give a special thanks to staff Ket, who looked after us and made our stay heart warming. If you’re a cat lover this place is definitely for you. They had two beautiful cats named Chanel and Miew Miew who I spent a lot of time with. The location of the property is convenient as it is located close to the beach and has an array of brilliant restaurants to choose from on the strip. Our favourite has to be the Orkid Ria. Beautiful restaurant and the food was impeccable. We were given options of tours to join which we enjoyed. The island hopping tour was fantastic! I’d like to say our stay at this property exceeded our expectations.

An exceptional stay at the Riyaz Lavanya Hotel ​We've just spent an unforgettable week at the Riyaz Lavanya Hotel and we couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warmth and professionalism that made our stay absolutely perfect. ​The entire staff deserves to be commended for their dedication. From the ever-smiling cleaning crew to the chefs in the kitchen, as well as the servers (a special thank you to Devang and all his colleagues) and the managers (Ravee, Cheeza, Sufie...), everyone contributed to an incredibly welcoming and caring atmosphere. Our requests were always handled with remarkable responsiveness and efficiency, demonstrating the great professionalism of this establishment. ​The hotel is truly a success: the rooms are beautiful and spacious, offering ideal comfort for relaxation. Furthermore, its location is perfect, which allowed us to fully enjoy our trip. ​The staff also gave our baby (Nour) a very special welcome, showing extreme consideration and great care for the whole family. This genuine attention made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. ​We highly recommend the Riyaz Lavanya Hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional place where the service and hospitality are impeccable. Mercure Langakawi Team were a delight! We loved every moment we spent here. We had an amazing personell at the service desk, Room service, Bar area , pool area even at the breakfast area . We felt very welcome and well taken care of by Mizan and the rest of the crew. The hotel is beautifully located, 200m away from the beach,but two minutes away from the mall , starbucks, kfc ,other eateries, money exchange etc. Our room was SPACIOUS and had great views ..we could see the hills from our balcony. The amenities in the hotel are top notch. The bathroom is spacious and well thought through ( i wouldn`t expect any less standard from mercure!) The hotel landing is gorgeous , giving beach vibes !!The welcoming drinks a treat ! The breakfast was sumptous and we actually enjoyed having our breakfast at the hotel restaurant balcony. the bed was comfy. We were sad to be leaving but will certainly be back.

The location is really good, 2 restaurants across the street that are cheap and very good. Walking distance from the city center and the beach, but not in the middle of the madness. The hotel was really clean and I mean Europe standards clean , the pool nice and staff very friendly.
