Everything was according to description and photos, host was very helpful and quick to reply. The building complex has several amenities like pools, playground, barbecue area, gym, relaxation area and a nearby aquapark which is perfect ín case of staying for a few days minimum. We only spent öné night here and chose it due to the proximity of the airport and it was perfect for that As well.

The host is friendly. Also follow up on next morning if i needed anything else. The host installed water filter with hot, room and cold temperature. I can make hot drinks in the morning conveniently. Most places provide kettle which i don't like. The towels are mildly scented.

This was our second stay at the Cyberview resort in a short space of time as we began and ended our three week stay in Malaysia at this hotel. We love the surroundings, the beautiful garden and pools. The staff are polite and welcoming and the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable.
