We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. The hotel didn’t disappoint second time around. Room, again was very ambient with very comfortable bed and crisp clean sheets. We again used the complimentary buggy service from and to the arrival hall. Although the hotel is in easy walking distance (internal connection). it could be a bit cumbersome with big luggage pieces. The rooms are spacious and sound-proofed. The shower was very strong and hot enough, with aromatherapy shower cream, shampoo and conditioner, plus lotion to boot.
