I really loved the hotel, I mean, for a history nerd it's a wonder. Hotel is nestled amidst historical buildings. We arrived very late in Maltahoehe after hours and host was still able to accommodate us and genuinely showed excellent service. I really recommend anyone to visit the hotel, especially for the fact that it seems to play such an important cultural and historical role in the village. They feature a cool little museum inside and they have animals on hotel grounds - chickens and dogs and what not. Excellent place if you're an animal lover. Breakfast was real lekker and I liked the bar, shame only that we didn't get a chance to order drinks and spend time at the bar, no idea at what hour it closes. Idk if they take donations but woudl've happily donated the flag we were carrying on our tour of Namibia :)

Excellent and friendly staff. The food was very good esp the dinner ! We had the games drive and a good experience for all of us. The location is very good if your are into astro photography. You can find subject pointing South. The receptionist (sorry didn't get her name) send us off with a mighty prayer !

The staff at Greenfire lodge were incredibly kind and helpful, cooked incredible food and explained so much about the land, country and wildlife on a beautiful long drive through the site. The view is phenomenal and was an absolute highlight of the trip. Thankyou Greenfire!

Zebra River Lodge was a beautiful place to stay and the hospitality is excellent. We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend. The food was really good and we really enjoyed the self-hiking trails they provided.

HUDUP Guesthouse is a recently renovated guest house in Maltahöhe, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. With river views, this accommodation provides a patio.
