Everyone and everything was beyond my expectations, rooms and toilets are so clean, beds really comfy, staff super polite and helpful, location is great, everything is so easy from booking to leaving the place, modern, new, really more like a hotel that a hostel. Probably the best one I’ve stayed at.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful building, rooms very luxuriously equipped. Great breakfast. Nice view of the Maas and Erasmusbrug. Ease to reach with watertaxi in front of the hotel and 6 min walk from metro.

I like self check in but stuff was also very helpful. You have freedom to self check in and out. Pod was nice temperature, small but cosy. Bathroom and toilettes clean and you have feeling of privacy even if it is shared It was quite and lounge downstairs was also nice and cosy. Great location and everything you need is very close.

Great little room with all the amenities I need for a short stay. Comfortable bed. The check-in process involves quite a few steps to verify identity, but once you're familiar with this, it's easier than most other hotels/appartments I've used. Great price at this location, convenient for my work visit.

Great location for an event at the Ahoy. The hotel’s recently been opened and the decor is really nice. The restaurant food was lovely, and even though we didn’t book food in advance, that wasn’t a problem. The staff were also very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location, close to major tourist attractions. It was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating upon request, they even moved us to a room with a lovely balcony view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and found it to be great value for the money.

It is in a great location, not far from Rotterdam Airport, in the cool district of Blaak. The staff were superb, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped, and being able to stream/cast to the large flat-screen TVs was appreciated.

    For a one-night overnight sleep driving through on the motorway, the hotel is OK, but the furniture, walls etc. are warned and are in need of refurbishment. A bit difficult to find the small street leading to the hotel.

    Enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and well equipped. The room was basic, but I did have the basic room. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was ok, good value for money.
