my boys stayed there after work, but went to party whole night,so slept only 5-7. they only remember that the hotel is in great location close by to Belgian brothels. breakfast looked - they didn’t eat :) 10/10 for late check in and no problems during 2hrs stay :)

We loved our stay in Boutique hotel no5. Location is perfect within walking distance of shopping, food and bars. Rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the square. Staff were friendly and helpful with info about best places to eat etc. Definitely recommend. The hotel went the extra mile for us and it was great!

I liked the hotel very much. Quick check-in. Friendly but unobtrusive staff. The maids are great. The room was clean, tidy, coffee and tea facilities were replenished daily. Very comfortable shower with good water pressure. I use a professional hairdryer but the hotel hairdryer did the job. There is a safe but we didn't use it as the hotel seemed safe. The mattress is too soft for my back but I slept very well. I can recommend them.

    Beautiful historic town full of well-preserved and characterful buildings. Peaceful, yet plenty of lively bars and other facilities. Friendly inhabitants, but I was being shown around by a local. Good train links for visiting Zeeland etc. Will return.

    If you are interested in history Bergen Op Zoom has plenty to offer. Charming old buildings. Market squares where you can sit have drinks and a meal and take in the surrounding area. We have met a lot of friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. It is so good that there English is excellent, therefore, no language barriers.

    Cute little city with a bustling town square.

    Cute little city with a bustling town square. We arrived on a Sunday and there were tons of people enjoying a sunny day. It's a beautiful city center - the side streets were interesting and it was a great place to walk around for a couple of hours. We stayed overnight at the Grand Hotel de Draak - a very historic and excellent hotel. Check it out!

    Bergen op Zoom is a small Dutch town, very beautiful, good walking spots. Very good transport links. Probably not as touristy as the main cities in Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven) but a great town that really needs to go to. Great history

    Our family have just moved to live in the area so we had never been previously but were greatly surprised by the variety of restaurants and the shops. Only there for the weekend but will return as soon as we can. Only one bit of advice remember to take comfortable shoes for walking, plus my husband found a store selling vinyl LP's.

    Had to cancel our booking 24hrs before due date as both my husband and I tested positive for Covid with several symptoms and our 2 friends were clasified as "case contact". Had a confirmation from the hotel via message service on Booking.com, incl. "price cancelled by property". However, several days later my bank informed me that 198 Euros were taken from our a/c via my card. No invoice/receipt and all messages or even access to messaging service to this hotel disappeared from my client page. Spoke to to the hotel this morning, Was promised a call back in 5 minutes. Still waiting. I cannot even try to claim our lost money on insurance without a proper receipt. That is dishonest.

    Excellent host, great reception, location is 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bicycle to old town of Bergen op Zoom and yet outside of town, surrounded by trees and open fields. On top of the "Brabantse Wal" with great views from its terrace. Good breakfast in a nice living room / kitchen that you share with the guests of the other room. Great place to take your bicycle and explore the surroundings. Quiet place where you only hear the birds and the local cock in the morning.

    A great location for a retreat in the country side close to Bergen op Zoom. Very friendly and helpful host. Great for walking and cycling in the area. Lots of nature reserves nearby, as well as great places for food & drinks. Large terrace, surrounded by fields with horses and woodlands. Quiet area, even when just a few miles away from Bergen op Zoom and highway connections. Large parking space, lots of room for bicycles.

    This cozy hotel is located almost directly across from the train station, and a short walk from the center of town. The room I stayed in had a good bed. It was nice to be able to open the windows, and the room was equipped with a portable fan. Breakfast was quite adequate and in a warmly cozy breakfast room. The staff was very friendly. All in all a perfectly functional place without luxuries.

    Liked everything! You have to experience it. Great historic hotel with a super breakfast. There is a brilliant plaza and gorgeous restaurants around. A beautiful place. Very attentive and responsive staff. Have been there a couple of times.
