The room was exceptionally well-presented and very spacious and comfortable, with ample room and space for sleeping, sitting/relaxing and working.     Very pleasant base for touring Noord Holland by bicycle. Clean and comfortable with lots of wildlife. It’s a shame that the site has lost access from nearby Berkhout and restaurant facilities. Nevertheless I would come again.

    We had the pleasure of meeting your staff Mariska, what a pleasure to speak with such a courteous individual. She made us very welcome coming from the US. The place was clean and quiet and very accommodating. Please provide an iron and an ironing board. May I suggest having power converter for those coming from outside of Europe, even if there is a charge. Or at booking inform your guest what is needed in your country. Thank you. Beautiful place and scenery next to the water canal.

    The location is amazing, the lake and farmland its amazing, You can see lot of different varieties of birds that you can enjoy throughout the day, you need to book a room in one of those camping sites or river facing rooms. There was not much to do around, we had to go to hoorn for food and some shopping. Amsterdam was 30 mins drive so its good that you can visit a day or two. There is nice shipping dock with some farm animlas near by like 11mins drive which was good.
