The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, and communication with the host was great. She clearly had good eye for detail. I am extra happy with the breakfast that was delicious but also looked pretty.

It was an amazing, very modern room! The TV would come out of the furniture next to the bed, which was a nice touch of modernity. Also, the coffee provided was awesome!

Room was very nice, comfortable, there is no kettle in the room, but there is a really nice cafe on the first floor - coffee and teas and breakfast/lunch (from 7:00-16:00) - everything fresh and very tasty. Aroma of coffee and freshly baked croissants every morning! Staff friendly and welcoming. The location was great for our needs, but a tram stop is 5min walking distance - easy to get to the city center. Parking easy to find everywhere around on the street. For sure will stay there again!

Great place overall. We received a warm welcome after arrival. Personel was very kind. Room was clean and tidy. We loved the fact that there was big all-you-can-eat restaurant downstairs and the place where children could play. Perfect place to rest.

The receptionist welcomed me warmly, even at 22:00 when I checked in. The Campanile Restaurant/Grill kitchen is spotless. My partner and I dined at the downstairs restaurant on our last night (Sunday), and the chef prepared delicious specials for the cold evening. My commendations. He brought the food out in person. We felt like celebrities at a Michelin guide restaurant. The staff work hard to maintain the hotel. The room is cosy, clean and well-looked after. My partner and I had a fantastic break to see some friends near Rotterdam Alexander.

    Very welcoming host. They will help you based on your needs. Only thing I have noticed no toiletries in the toilet but you can ask them, I’m very sure they will provide. I will suggest them to arrange a safety barrier in room upstairs if any guests are booking with less than 3 years old child. Otherwise this property is very good. I recommend.

    I was in town for a family event and the space I booked was...

    I was in town for a family event and the space I booked was a perfect oasis. I work for a major international hotel company back home & am pleased to provide 5 stars for all the reasons below :) Host had a very modern kitchen/common area which was super comfortable and spotless every day. Jacqueline had a preferences card where guests could specify food allergies/preferences and time of day desired for breakfast. Classic Dutch breakfast with strong coffee, fresh bread rolls, kaas and ham + a small fresh fruit cup with yogurt. Great wifi connection, very reliable and fast. Overall, it was so comfortable and cozy, I could have stayed all day doing nothing :D
