On arrival the hostess offered us coffee and a slice of cake. The living area is equipped with a coffee and tea maker which is free to use. The room was spacious and accessible for people with a disability. The stay ended with a great breakfast.

This was an unexpected gem of a hotel. It's a little off the beaten path but is very historic and interesting (which we like). The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was superb! The chef's choice (3 course dinner) was fabulous.

Superb studio accommodation with everything provided in the well appointed kitchen for those (like me) that prefer to self-cater. Comfortable bed and other furnishings, generously sized and appointed bathroom and a very pleasant setting, within striking distance of the nearest town and with easy access to an almost infinite set of bike trails.

    Excellent location, amazing food. Hotel staff is very welcoming. There are plenty of parking places (free). It is wheelchair accessible. I would definitely stay there again.
