    Very difficult to find how to access the entrance to the...

    Very difficult to find how to access the entrance to the hotel …. Needs to be better signposted even trying to gain entry to the hotel was difficult. Saw a barrier that was closed and didn’t know how we were supposed to get past it …reversed back and drove around probably the wrong way to get into the car parking area . Disabled parking was not clearly marked….it must have taken a total of 30 minutes to sort out where and what we needed to do to enter the hotel . What a shame for our first impressions, but the disappointment just grew due to other aspects of our stay .cold , poor menu’s lacking in comfort all round .

    This is a hotel built in the alpine style with lots of dark wood panelling. Room was large and comfortable with excellent shower and soft beds. Breakfast was excellent. Every option in a buffet style served with friendly and helpful staff. Bistro restaurant was great as were the bars. Jolly alpine music added to the atmosphere.......! It was great to be able to watch the skiing from the bars.
