Excellent service at the front desk when I checked in. Beautiful rooms, especially with the balcony catching the afternoon sun over looking the lake. Nice breakfast and a great location. I stayed there 3 more days than planned! Thank you

We loved the hotel, from the location to the hospitality of the staff. When we arrived they asked us to wait a little to go the room, but it was not a big problem, because they handled the situation well, offering us some drink while we waited. The room was really nice, very comfortable, and had a good higyene kit, as well as robes and slippers.

    Nice convenient suburb if the Hague. Easy access to motorways to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the hague. Leidschendam has a nice atmosphere with many cafes and restaurants. Mall of the Netherlands within a 10 min drive with all the shopping and food choices that you could ask for

    Stayed close to the hotel this time as didn't need to go...

    Stayed close to the hotel this time as didn't need to go much further as nearby facilities met our needs. The shopping centre next door had good shopping and eating options for all tastes, including our Vegan daughter. We ate at the local Italian 100m from the hotel and were very happy with their service, again our dietary needs were met by friendly helpful staff.

    The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and had good views. The staff was helpful and educated. Exceeded my expectations! Keep it up! Mall across the street, greenery on the other side, and various restaurants close by. Transport by tram in close distance. It stops at the train station too in a few minutes.

    I liked everything. So comfortable that I could just live here, beautiful vive and homy feeling. It was great and had everything that I needed. And what was not there or needed to be checked was taken care of by the hotel staff (super kind and responsive people also via messages in the booking app). I got an apartment with a small terrace, which was fantastic. Enjoyed the sun during the day and the clear sky at night... I was lucky enough to see a sky full of stars during my stay there. I can't say more that it was absolutely perfect.

    Rooms are small but decent. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is decent, and the rooms are cleaned well. Parking is free, but the parking lot can be full on weekends so keep that in mind. Still, a completely fine hotel if you need a place to sleep close to the Mall. Can't comment on the breakfast, as at 23 euros pp it felt a little expensive, especially with the entire mall with lots of great food options right next door. The staff was super friendly though, which always helps the experience. :)

    The hotel is located next to a huge shopping mall. If you're into power-shopping, you cannot dream of a better accommodation. There are trams litetally next door, You can easily reach larger cities such as Hague and Rotterdam. My room was large and very clean. The temperature in the room was just right. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly (I'm partly deaf and misunderstood some of the information he gave me. He was patient and just repeated everything politely).

    I was really happy about location, it's perfect. But if you are coming with a buggy, rolstoel or scootmobiel you should know that tram and metro station are really near by but not adopted. The hotel looks nice and stylish. Apartments looks stylish and have everything you need (except soap in toilet, to wash hands you need to go to the kitchen or bathroom). The room for 3 is really tiny, just be ready for this.
