The hotel itself is a really lovely boutique hotel. The staff members were kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. The bathrooms were well appointed, bright and had good amenities (shampoo and shower gel in the shower; conditioner available, vanity set and a great hairdryer!). The hotel bar was a lovely spot to grab a drink at the end of the day. It was a really relaxing spot! The hotel location is a pro/con. It is super close to many things in the city, but with that comes a lot of noise at night. It was pretty loud until 2 am the nights we were there.

Probably the best place I've ever been! Cleanliness was 10/10, location is great and you can check in/out through your phone, so its super convenient! AND THE PILLOWS ARE AMAZING!

    Nice convenient suburb if the Hague. Easy access to motorways to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the hague. Leidschendam has a nice atmosphere with many cafes and restaurants. Mall of the Netherlands within a 10 min drive with all the shopping and food choices that you could ask for

    Stayed close to the hotel this time as didn't need to go...

    Stayed close to the hotel this time as didn't need to go much further as nearby facilities met our needs. The shopping centre next door had good shopping and eating options for all tastes, including our Vegan daughter. We ate at the local Italian 100m from the hotel and were very happy with their service, again our dietary needs were met by friendly helpful staff.

    The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and had good views. The staff was helpful and educated. Exceeded my expectations! Keep it up! Mall across the street, greenery on the other side, and various restaurants close by. Transport by tram in close distance. It stops at the train station too in a few minutes.

    I liked everything. So comfortable that I could just live here, beautiful vive and homy feeling. It was great and had everything that I needed. And what was not there or needed to be checked was taken care of by the hotel staff (super kind and responsive people also via messages in the booking app). I got an apartment with a small terrace, which was fantastic. Enjoyed the sun during the day and the clear sky at night... I was lucky enough to see a sky full of stars during my stay there. I can't say more that it was absolutely perfect.

    The hotel is located near the 'Mall of the Netherlands', causing it that the parking can be pretty busy. But there is always place to park the car, and it's for free. Did not use the restaurant in the hotel but the neighbouring ones. Lots of choices. Rooms have been renovated not so long ago. The outside doesn't give the same impression as the rather nice and modern interior of the rooms. The hotel is actually one of the better ones for a attractive price.

    Good connection to the highway & local traffic (trams 2, 6 to the city centre). Albert Heijn supermarket 100 m away, open even on Sundays (get ready to pay with cash only as they accept only NL bank cards). Free parking in front of the hotel.
