I truly can't imagine better hosts than Kiki and Karl! Everything from breakfast, location to amenities was absolutely perfect. We were even able to rent bikes to cycle to the beach nearby. I would put an 11/10 if I could.

Tasteful look& feel in a small boutique hotel where staff genuinely want guests to feel welcome, the rooms are comfortable and everything has just that little extra personal touch. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. Fabulous breakfast options,too!

The staff were excellent, the room was very good and clean. The food was also very good and they all went out of their way to keep me fed and watered out of normal restaurant hours and while I waited for my taxi to Europoort

Very good breakfast, nice restaurant for dinner. Good bathroom, comfortable room, bed, nice staff. A bus stop nearby(it takes about 20 minutes to Delft city center), also the hotel has a big parking place. Clean.

There was nothing to not like. It was immaculately clean. Bianca and cleaning staff do an amazing job and very helpful. Bed very comfortable. Perfectly placed less than 100 metres from a very clean and safe train station. Delft is a little Amsterdam without the thousands of tourists. Plenty of cafes and restaurants very close.

The hotel is beautiful and really comfortable! Staffs are great, location is really good and they have a parking space for free (which is really hard to find). The room was big and clean, we had a meal at the restaurant and the glass room is beautiful. Staff at the restaurant are friendly too and very patient with us only speaking in English.

This house is really well decorated, I felt warm feeling from it. There was a handwriting letter to me, it's the only one among over 10 houses where I rented.

    The staff were amazing! They referred the hotel / B&B as a "family home", and they truly managed to live up to that name! And despite me asking Pieter Jan, the nice gentleman who runs the establishment with his lovely wife Jeanette, if I could check in at around 22:00 due to my late flight, the man graciously waited by the door of the hotel to greet my and welcome me to the family home. This was really the greatest hotel or B&B that I've stayed at in ages!

    The location is wonderful, the owners are lovely people and cannot do enough for you. The room was very comfortable and very clean. There are some very good restaurants nearby. The town of Maasland is a real gem!.
