The property is lovely:clean, tidy, bright, right on the village Main Street so access to shops and restaurants is great, and with a beautiful garden. the rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, quiet and the shower is spot on. The tearoom and breakfast room are very cosy and have a lovely family atmosphere. The biggest asset of this place is their owners: Brian and Gertįan (I hope the spelling is right :-)), they were just so welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home and well looked after

The breakfast was lovely and fresh with a variety of options. The grounds are beautiful and not too far from central Maastricht. The apartment and facilities were amazing and able to purchase local wine was a lovely addition. Would definitely recommend.

Spotlessly clean. Brilliant, polite courteous staff and that includes every single member of staff that we encountered Our room was upgraded and we were so grateful. Beautiful breakfast. Highly recommended and we will return again definitely. We loved the Christmas decorations and Nativity scenes. Thank you.

Where shall I begin? Clean, cosy, feels like home, clean rooms, quiet but still in the center next to nice coffee bars, lovely breakfast in the morning and the most important: the staff are great! All very friendly, informative, flexible with the time of check in and out, considerate. I came with a friend and asked separate beds and very late check in (23:00) and it was possible. I am definitely coming back.

    Lovely space in the small village of Norbeek about 15 minutes from Maastricht. We were this area for an event at Mheer Castle in the neighboring village of Mheer and this location was perfect. Very clean and spacious room. Location is convenient to many of the local historical sites. Highly recommend this place!

    It is a very peaceful town, several villages in a row. I can see somewhat different life styles of Dutch people in terms of houses and surroundings, which is a good experience in traveling corners of Netherlands.

    Fabulous location in beautiful undulating countryside. Comfortable and welcoming hotel with friendly staff, excellent breakfast (try the homemade jams) and dinner featuring local specialties. Room 5 on the 1st floor had a balcony with a terrific view of animals grazing in the pastures. The walks in the border area were absolutely lovely and memorable. A bonus: there was no need to use the car all weekend!

    We were walking the Dutch Mountain Trail and although a little way from the Trail, the B&B was convenient to end that day's distance. A very warm welcome in a comfortable house, the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It was only 10 minutes walk to Noorbeek for an evening meal with it's various bars and restaurants.

    Lovely little village, room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. The room was lacking a water boiler and coffee machine. There was one available in a common room downstairs, but out of 8 hotels I visited in Limburg this summer, this was the only one without coffee and tea in the room, and without a bin.

    The location was great. Bed was very comfortable. Large kitchen and living room. From the property there were a lot of walking trails you could follow. Noorbeek is a nice village with some nice restaurants.
