    NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE WEBSITE, EXACT OPPOSITE, DIRTY, OLD, STINKY! Liked · Unfortunately NOTHING AT ALL! The only good thing was the receptionist had spoken English & tried to guide me to the property. Disliked · I paid for the room online over the Booking.com. The pictures of the property on the website were neat & looked tidy! But as i have arrived it was exact the opposite! The receptionist had to guide me to the property on the phone as at the time major renovation was in progress & scaffolding were placed in front of the property, which made it difficult to locate. The area where the hotel is based, looked rough, the carpets in the lobby were stinky & to finish the experience off, my room has been already sold to someone else, even though I have paid for it online! I got a cash refund & went out upset, as i driven for 3 days & was desperate to rest & now I was left to look for a room to sleep, last minute prices & availability in a city late night are a challenge for a tired traveller! Very Disappointing!

    Perfect location, easy to get there with different types of transport, very friendly and helpful staff. Pretty close to city centre. Basically, you really have everything you need for stay without unnecessary thing to overpay for. Clean bathroom, clean and fresh sheets and towels, restaurant with incredible spare ribs in menu 🤤🤤🤤 Nothing more to ask for that really affordable as for Den Haag price.

    Nice and quiet area , beautiful view from balcony ( 2-nd floor ) . Well equipped kitchen and everything else you need in a hotel room. Easy to find parking place near the building and not very expensive ( pay from 18:00 to 24:00 ) . Easy to reach Hague and Delft ,

    Location was good for our purpose. Many (free) parking spaces. Restaurant at hotel which we didn't use but good facility to have. The room was clean/new. The lobby/hallways were bit more dated. Beds are comfortable.

    Very quiet place to stay in the middle of Den Haag. No noise of cars in the street, better then the local hotels. I slept very well.
