We lived the hotel, the location, the rooms, the views. We spent 3 nights to tour Amsterdam. Although not in the center the hotel is easily reached by bus (22 and 48). Staff was friendly, there is a private parking. We will definitely visit again.

Our stay at CityHub Amsterdam was fantastic! The staff was incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Haarlem. There is tea and a coffee machine in the room. There was wine, water, juice and soft drinks in the fridge for our use and included in the room price. Everything was super clean and we had a nice view of the church. At the reception there is another coffee machine for cappuccino and latte macchiato which is free to use for the guests. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. We liked it very much.

This hotel is just as pretty in person as it is in the pictures! I loved all the fresh flower arrangements in the various downstairs areas, and appreciated all the decorative touches. The two lovely hotel cats were an added bonus! The bed was so comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Wonderful old-time renovated hotel in the city centre of Haarlem, with very nice and friendly staff, always willing to help. The rooms are very comfortable, with gentle touch of the past combined with modernity, including nice bathrooms. Very quiet sleep and comfy beds. Breakfast is served as a set of breads, ham, cheese, jam, croissant, etc. Definitely recommended.

We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad...

We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad condition. Broken flush button on toilet, cracked window seal, mouldy smell. We approached the manager to complain but she wasn't very cooperative. She finally swapped us to 2 single rooms and all went well. Mattress on one side of bed was a bit too soft for my back so I ended up with a stiff back. All in all good value for money hotel in the single rooms.

Disgusting old hotel, infested with Bedbugs. Complained to owner. Owner knows of bedbug infestation, read previous reviews left by others. Owner stated refund would be issued, but excuse after excuse, lie after lie, owner will not refund as promised. Owner knows of bedbug infestation, but older woman at reception tried denying it. Absolutely nothing, disgustingly dirty and filthy showers and toilets. After reading this review and you still book a room, you are in for a bad stay.
