It was my first time visiting the Netherlands I searched a lot and found many hotels that were expensive, but the price did not match the quality and services provided but in this hotel the price is right and the quality is great, I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons Security and tranquility. A very quiet neighborhood with only villas. It is located in an area very close to nature, which means that you wake up to a very healthy atmosphere Regarding reception services, there are two men, a man at night and a woman during the day. Both of them deal with kindness and are very kind Cleaning takes place daily meaning it is very well cleaned The most important thing is location There are excellent low-priced shops nearby if you want to eat with good quality The most important thing is the geographical location, as the hotel is close to the airport and also close to the city center It is enough to walk fifteen minutes to the train station ( halfweg zwanenburg station) , which reaches the center after a maximum of fifteen minutes from the city center I recommend downloading the gvb application on smart phone for can u see the timing of trains also the route I have never regretted this hotel and I made it my favorite hotel if I thought about returning to the Netherlands, specifically to Amsterdam

Excellent communication, friendly and fast. Easy check in with the door code. Great location and easy to get into Amsterdam and Haarlam by train or bike. Beautifully (and newly) decorated house in a lovely neigbourhood, it had everything we needed and was homely but not cluttered. Great to have bikes at the house to use, and an EV charger around the corner. Good breakfast provided for our first morning, and ample coffee pods and dishwasher tablets, which was a nice touch and appreciated. Comfy beds, spacious and warm shower. Useful to have a second shower and sink in the second bedroom. Very clean. It is the best Booking.com place we have stayed in, all details had been thought of, there were no niggles and nothing we had to contact the host about. We'd love to come back.

Loved the view, the neighbourhood, the staff, the comfortness and the interior designing of the apartment. The whole aesthetic of the hotel left me speechless of how beautifully was created and assembled: from the design to the services(laundry room, reception, spa, gym, barber), from the entrance to the apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped of everything: salt and pepper, glasses, wineglasses, a nice oven, coffee and tea, even dutch kitchen recipe books. The staff is a well prepared: they gave us directions and suggestions and tried to accommodate everything we requested, if not possible, they gave us an alternative and they were always polite while keeping it informal. They responded always immediately. The cherry on top was the birthday card with brownie with baloons they left in my room for me. It was such a kindhearted act, I really appreciated. It wasn’t planned and I haven’t said anything. A super pro was that ginormous hall: an open space which includes part of the kitchen, reception, breakfast area, cocktail bar and different comfort areas where to just hang out and relax in nice sofas, fireplace included.

This hotel is perfect. All the staff I met are very kind, helpful and friendly. They always solve my problems at the moment. The room is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very close to a bus stop(directly from the airport), a tram station, a supermarket, and a lot of restaurants.

everything! Great location - quiet yet central and very close to public transportation. The room was very clean, spacious and had all the modern amenities and then some. Breakfast was rich, fresh and delicious. But above all was the staff which were super friendly and accommodating and that made our stay even better!

    We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad...

    We were booked into a double room but the room was in bad condition. Broken flush button on toilet, cracked window seal, mouldy smell. We approached the manager to complain but she wasn't very cooperative. She finally swapped us to 2 single rooms and all went well. Mattress on one side of bed was a bit too soft for my back so I ended up with a stiff back. All in all good value for money hotel in the single rooms.

    The hotel was Close to bus stop and 15 min walk to train which was Very Close, Very good location Lidl 5 mins away. Very easy way of Checking in and out :) Staff very friendly and helpful! Balcony was a huge plus for the room.

    All necessary facilities available, not far away from the centre. Beautiful area. Availability of parking. There was little fridge in the room, which was very useful, as the hotel did not serve any food.

    The hotel is closed to Lidl and Albert Hein if you need anything. Also, there are other eatery around. The staff were helpful to hold our luggage until our later departure.
