A very dreamy and picturesque town.
A very dreamy and picturesque town. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind, relax and enjoy the surrounding. This is the place. There is a small pier to walk on. We stayed overnight, arriving late and leaving the following day. My son wanted to run with our dog, and found a very rough path around a lake. Not the right place to look for gentle walks or unimpeded runs (unless you like running with cars), as the mountains tower impressively over the village, appearing to rise vertically from the sea. The location is, in that respect, stupendous, with lots of photo opportunities. Quite a few options for things to do - museums, cafes, a restaurant, fishing - definitely fishing - particularly if you find anything cod-related fascinating. A is a perfect location.
A is a perfect location. Yes it is at the end of the Lofoten, but it is not so far from many interesting place to see. You can stay one week there easily +++++++ (and you will still not have explored all :)Guest review byFredericFrance
