The hotel is in a good location for restaurants and touring. It is really good having a small kitchen to make tea or something to eat. The lounge / dining room is lovely, too. The room was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Anna Lise is very helpful and friendly, she gave us suggestions of places to visit on our way to our next destination.

I was already at the Scandic and is a good hotel for the night, for a short term.  The room was OK, the swimming pool was not bad, the gymnasium was small. This has buffet for dinner and had many choices and not too expensive. The breakfast was good and with many things and the possibility to take it with you for a small amount, for launch for example. So, for one night I recommend

We booked 2 suites for a night , on the way from Geiranger to Bergen. Nice hotel, good staff. We came down at the last hour of breakfast, so many items were finished and they were not refilled or re supplied. For example melon fruit, orange juice, half boiled eggs, milk for tea,

I get why this is a 2 star hotel, but it had better facilities than some of the 4 star hotels i’ve been to. Good bed, good shower, decent breakfast and a kind staff. Would definitely recommend.

Just a good hotel, nothing much to add. Clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast – exactly what we expected.
