    Amazing, absolutely crazy delicious breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I have had in a looong time. Everything was really tasty, but also local, sustainable and ethically farmed, love it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location had you right by Festningen, so beautiful surroundings, but still easy to get into town.

    Overall, the hotel provided reasonably comfortable accommodations and amenities, was quite, location is 20 minutes from train station of foot, however the lack of diversity representation and sustainability efforts in its dining offerings was disappointing (see bellow).

    The location is great, remote and still easy to get to Halden if you need anything. The rowboat you can use is fun and the treehouse itself is an amazing experience. It is so well built and it is nice to just chill and enjoy the nature around you up there.
