We loved everything. The views, the town, the food, the nature....we found a place we want to return to year after year in this hotel! The phenomenal pool was also an added bonus.

Very nice hotel, parking close to the hotel - no extra payment, good hiking trails around. Great restaurant . Nice breakfast. Supermarket and charging station in front of the hotel. Great and helpful staff.

This traditional house had lots of character. It was full of interesting items, old cots spinning wheel and an old loom. The house had a Washing machine that was vital in our holiday. The owner had thoughtfully kept an airer.The kitchen was fully equipped. The location in Loen valley was so beautiful.

Extremely friendly helpful host Cecilie. Sparkling clean. All furnitures look new and clean, all the utensils extremely clean as well. Stunning view! Cecilie’s place is definitely under rated. It should be at least 9.5 in my opinion.

    My adult daughters and I were visiting Norway and planned...

    My adult daughters and I were visiting Norway and planned to drive from Bergen to Alesund. We chose the Loen because it was about half way between each city. We spent two nights at the Loen. The beds were comfortable. Food was very good considering my kids are vegetarian. Desert table was amazing. Spa area was lovely, relaxing and we spent a few hours just lounging in the waters - showere, sauna, steam, cold plunge, whirlpool etc. Pools were also fun. We also went hiking in the area. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
