The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. This hotel is really lovely, comfortable and clean and perfect for my short trip to Bergen. I appreciated being able to open windows in my room ( 309). The location can’t be beat. I would highly recommend and will definately return in future.

Great location, walking distance from main sights. As we were arriving late at night from a Norled boat tour it was great to be less than 5 minutes away from the dock. Good value for money, friendly staff and great breakfast. Although the bedroom decor is questionable, it was big and comfortable. Also, our luggage arrived from a third party Porter service directly from Oslo to the hotel without any issues.

The hotel is centrally located in Bergen in a beautiful building. The staff is very welcoming and friendly! We were fortunate that our room was ready upon our early arrival, and they surprised us with a junior suite upgrade. A Christmas tree in the room made it so special. The room was clean, spacious, and had such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. We had dinner in Frescohallen, and it was a wonderful experience. The servers were attentive, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also wonderful! Plenty of variety. The staff kindly stored our luggage on checkout and called a taxi for us when we needed to leave. I would easily recommend this hotel to friends and would stay again.
