It's good guest house simple but nice family. Sleep quality very good quite and clean everything. The people who running this house very kind helpful and honestly we love. owner MADHAB make our activities to ABC which was amazing and enjoy full. We don't know we able to do this ABC Trek with in 5 days but here possible because they prepared so nicely. guide Mr Sangam doing his best. We like to EBC Trek next year with them for sure. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Chino! The location is perfect—right in Lakeside, just a short walk from the lake. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of Phewa Lake and the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with great coffee. I also appreciated the peaceful rooftop for relaxing in the evenings. I find Pokhara to be one of the best places for a vacation. The city offers a wide range of accommodations—from budget lodges and mid-range hotels to luxurious five-star resorts. Its scenic beauty, cleanliness, diverse and delicious food options, welcoming culture, and strong sense of safety make it truly special. There are plenty of vacation activities to enjoy, and the surrounding hills offer excellent opportunities for both short and long hikes. Pokhara is perhaps one of the few cities where you can take in the stunning views of serene lakes, lush green hills, and majestic snow-clad mountains—all standing right before you. I come here often for my holidays, and each time leaves me wanting more. I love returning again and again.

Pokhara was excellent!

Pokhara was excellent! I had the chance to participate in a local wedding, which gave me a real understanding of Nepali traditions and customs. I visited beautiful places like the World Peace Stupa, Begnas Lake, Phewa Lake, the Old Bazaar, and the New Bazaar. For food and atmosphere, I enjoyed Open House Restro & Lounge Bar by the lakeside. Getting around was easy, and for solo travellers there’s so much to do – from exploring temples and bazaars to relaxing by the lake or hiking to viewpoints.

Pokhara is a beautiful city with tourist attractions.

Pokhara is a beautiful city with tourist attractions. It was a difficult road journey in a Luxury Coach journey from Kathamandu which took 11 hours to travel 200km due to extremely poor road conditions and traffic jams. Nepal Government must improve the infrastructure and to have reliable airlines with good safety records to attract more tourists to help its economy as well.

Fantastic location with unimpeded Lake views. A big bonus is that the hotel has a lift - unlike many other Nepali hotels that only have stair access. I had a king room (with a view) which was large and very comfortable - top floor for rooms which I greatly recommend. Air conditioning was very effective. Hotel is located in an easy to access area of Pokhara with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. This hotel was only opened about 6 months ago and still is very clean and new. It was good value for money.

The staff of Hotel Chino Pokhara was outstanding. They greeted us with great kindness and respect. We received an upgrade to a larger room, with an amazing view due to the fact that we looked exhausted and we've had a crazy busride behind us, I'm assuming. At breakfast they asked us which kind of coffee we'd like and how we'd like our eggs, which I thought was a nice personal touch. The Hotel is located in the midst of Pokhara, near the lakeside path. An absolute recommendation!

The lady at reception was amazing, could not do enough to help in true Nepalese style. Just a fantastic person. The location is perfect for exploring Lakeside plus a 15 minute walk to the tourist bus station so super handy. It is opposite a lovely park and from here you can nearly walk all along the lake front to the other end of the city. Would recommend an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was a great perk especially for drying clothes when caught in the rain!

The hotel staff as well as the owner was cordial, sincere and attentive unlike all the other usual nepali hotels. Rooms were kept tidy and organized. Mountain and lake view was cherry on the top. Location is very close to the markets, restaurants. After a lot of bad experiences in other hotels of Nepal, Mandala was relief for us! We will choose Mandala everytime we visit Pokhara. Highly recommended!
