Well suited for family especially for our furbaby with the gated section. The pool was the bonus! Our teens enjoyed it! Communication with Ann was efficient. It’s secluded but has a Four square & petrol station up the road which helped.

The place is beautiful, lots of nature, there is a river very close where you can go down a few meters and get in. It is very peaceful and the hosts are excellent. There is a fire and barbecue area. There is also a trampoline if you go with children and a jacuzzi with an incredible view. Although the apartments have a kitchen, there is a communal one with lots of cooking utensils. The location, if you want to visit Auckland, is 1 hour away. From the bay you can see the Sky Tower from afar.

Service desk response was great, porter was waiting with luggage trolley as the shuttle bus approached. Price on Dinner menu was reasonable. Breakfast buffet spread was delicious.
