Spa is perfect in winter and private. Hosts have made many small touches that make the stay feel special. Views are outstanding.

This hotel is very comfortable and the space is over sized. Views of mountains are very nice. It's quiet but youre right on edge of the action. Also free lollies and snacks are a nice touch. Great jacuzzi tub!!!

A beautifully decorated hotel, with large, comfortable rooms. The staff facilitated a slightly early check-in for us- thank you!- which was welcome after a long journey. All the facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the simple continental breakfast.

we had been traveling for some weeks when we reached eichardts, so having laundry facilities in our apartment suite were an unexpected bonus. The nice kitchen also gave us the ability to cook some food items which we like without going out to a restaurant. The locaction of eichardts at the waterfront promenade was beautiful and got us close to all the local bars and tours. We were served a liesurly but excellent free breakfast in the eichardts bar. Great and helpful hotel staff. Queenstown on the wharf is so beautiful, dont go to the uphill accomodations

The staff was awesome, the hotel is centrally located, the facilities and the rooms are clean and updated, the bed was super comfy, the room was nice and quiet. It provided for all my needs. Loved the hot drink machines and the rooftop views. My only suggestion is to add an herbal tea/caffeine option to the selection.
