No one told us that we should have caught the Ferry to Punga...
No one told us that we should have caught the Ferry to Punga Cove from Picton. We drove for hours only to find out that the road was closed for maintenance. Very annoying and we had to wait for hours to drive through a very short window of time to get through. Apparently Booking.com was told by the property, but the Booking.com did not tell us. The view from the room amazing and the room itself very comfortable with a very good bathroom. We didn't have breakfast because were leaving early I so can't comment on that but the evening meal was good and food and drinks were no pricier than the mainland which was nice given that they do have a captive market somewhat.
