Boutique Hotel, excellent bar and restaurant, good complimentary breakfast - not like the normal plastic-wrapped offering common in motels. It was a short drive down the hill after visiting Port Hills. It was a cosy double room with a sink, and could step out onto a shared balcony overlooking the jetty, and there are walking trails nearby. It's above a pub, where I enjoyed a very tasty gluten free pizza. There were some muffled noises from below, but I was tired and it didn't seem to bother me. The room had use of a shared toilet and shower, which were clean and pleasant. Very friendly staff at check-in! Would recommend.Guest review byAmiUnited Kingdom

We looked for sth outside of ChCh and we were surprised to find this gem. Rooms are lights and functional and not to spacious. Bathroom sink on the room. Blinds for the windows available.
