Beautiful view from panoramic window on the ocean, even from 1st floor. At night you even can hear surf noise! Room was very clean and quite spacious. 2 min by driving to colony of fur seals. Amazing place to observe sunrise!

Great location. I don’t have a car so it is around 10 mins walk to city center and whale watching, 15 mins to supermarket. Close to restaurants and convenience store. Room is spacious with cooking facilities and balcony, and the water pressure is strong. Staff are friendly :) Would love to stay here again when visit Kaikoura next time.
