Everything is brandnew and in top shape (Jan 2025). There is a lot of space and the view is lovely. By car, Martinbourough can easily be reached in about 10 mins. We would definitely come back.

    Lovely peaceful accomodation within a short drive to town. Great wineries, good selection of restaurants/cafes and activities available. Loved high tea at Tirohana Estate and accomodation at Brackenridge Retreat and Day Spa.

    Sadly we only had one night in this wonderful location - dined at Tonic Restaurant (amazing menu), visited Luna Winery (lovely gardens and service - really enjoyed their Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir) and stayed at Parehua Resort. Perfect!

    The cottage was immaculate and the service staff were attentive in stocking up breakfast foods - we stayed 3 nights. The exterior of the cottage was in need of a good clean, spiderwebs around the windows, outdoor furniture etc and the windows needed a good wash.

    Beautiful relaxed atmosphere in Martinborough. Lovely wineries to visit with some of the best food we've ever tasted. We live in Wellington and always thoroughly enjoy our short breaks away staying in Martinborough. The mornings are so peaceful and lovely - you could hear a pin drop, it's so quiet.

    Martinborough main street has beautifully maintained heritage buildings. The Crouching Tiger serves the most delicious food with a great ambience. Lovely wineries close by to choose from. A fantastic location for a weekend retreat

    The location was excellent - beautifully secluded in a grassy paddock sheltered by trees. It was very quiet and ideal for a rest weekend. In a nearby paddock were five horses, and three delightful dogs came to greet us warmly. The property is about five minutes by road from the centre of Martinborough where various restaurants and other facilities are available.

    Great place for family gatherings. We had 7 of us adults in absolute comfort, with great outdoor space, large kitchen & lounge, 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. About 10 mins walk to Martinborough Square, 15 mins to the Brewery and about 30 mins to Colombo.
