I missed his instructions for checking in and phoned him up. After his explanation I got into my room without problem. Yet he still showed up within a few minutes to see we were ok. Richard and Viv are amazing hosts. Really helpful and informative. Made us feel very much at home. The guest area itself was very modern, clean and tidy with everything you could hope for and a bit more ie. A nice cold beer in the fridge on arrival. Very comfortable place to stay!
