HungaryVery pretty aesthetic of the place. I felt like I was in a cottage core style magazine. Everything was clean, the little flower garden in between the rooms/kitchen/bathroom is absolutely lovely, there is wifi, there is a TV, books to enjoy, a very nice kitchen, the bathrooms were the kind you enjoy having a shower in. There was noone else staying the night we went so it was very very nice but it would have been lovely anyway. There is also a very cute friendly cat called Taco, which was just the cherry on top. One of my favourite stays in NZ so far.

New ZealandOur hostess was lovely and there to greet us on arrival. The location is quiet, and the comfy beds resulted in a good night's sleep for all.
The kitchen was well equipped so we could cater easily for ourselves.
As a bonus, the artwork from the hostess is very pleasing to the eye.
It's an older property that has been redecorated with care, so overall, it is a pleasant place to stop a while.

The small kitchen is very well appointed and the room is spacious and private with a deck overlooking the inlet. The bathroom is wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

I've used this accomodation many times.
I've used this accomodation many times. It's easy to book and is at a reasonable price. I know you need to book early or in advance IN THE HOLIDAYS and when events are on. I booked online from the opononi Pub once. I was lucky to get a room that was available at the time. That's why booking on line is just as good as ringing up. We drove to the carpark & walked out to the Point.
We drove to the carpark & walked out to the Point. Lovely views. Spectacular Sand dunes. It was a stop over of 2 days so we could go & play GOLF. RAWENE. Easy to get around Opononi. Beautiful views of the harbour Beach is across the road from accommodation Fish & chips to die for Friendly people Rugged, natural, quiet & uncluttered beauty on the west coast. You don’t go to Opononi/Omapere to shop, its the place to go when you want to find peace, harmony & spirituality. Great spot, great views of the harbour where ever you stay. Nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Has a great little Four Square for shopping. We had a lovely view from our room, albeit with the road in front of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
