Feels like coming home…the details were spectacular, soft towels, fresh picked hydrangea arrangement, sweet greeting with rich buttery lemon muffins and fruit, even French style china plates and a jacuzzi. I got the best sleep of my trip here and was sad to go. The property is right by the lake a short and beautiful walk away and the property is surrounded by lush foliage and nature. The icing on the cake was the birds singing-what a serene and rejuvenating experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond—breakfast was provided and it was more than enough for both of us, with so many thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcome. Compared to other places we've stayed, this one stood out with all the little surprises and the genuine warmth of the host. The space was cozy, clean, and comfortable—everything you could hope for in a home away from home. This has definitely been one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and will always try to book it again whenever we're back in the area. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Cleanliness was something out of this world. We loved the neighborhood and accessibility to all locations. Also, all the facilities were in good condition. We felt ourselves at home.

Very clean room and bathroom facilities, owner was super helpful and very good hospitality. Was able to advise on nearby recommendations and help us out with any issues we had. Also checkin process for late night is super easy, very useful for those arriving late in the day.

This was by far THE BEST HOTEL IN ROTORUA! Everything was clean and organized. The apartment was very spacious and convenient. The hotel grounds offer a spa, large size chess games, swing set and table tennis. Great for families, couples and friends. It was 10 minutes from the shops and so many fun activities in the town such as 4x4 self driving, maze course and museums. The staff here are exceptional. So friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Oni and Josephine! They were Amazing and made the stay so welcoming. Overall great stay would definitely recommend!!!!!!
