The surroundings are tranquil. The view looking down to the inlets is inspiring. Great star gazing at night. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast while birdwatching on the patio. The separate “cookhouse” has a lot of charm. If it has been a rainy day, I would have a coffee and read a book here. Elizabeth is very thoughtful and caring. She provides adequate and quality items in the guest house. We completely enjoyed our stay and will not be hesitant to come back again.

Very friendly couple running this park, even though it was the off-season, rhey did everything possible to point us in the direction of activities to do and things to see. Absolutely beautiful location..

Lovely hotel in a lovely place. We intended to stay just for one night but as the hotel was so nice, we stayed for 4 days.

Among all the houses/ apartments we stayed at during our 12-day trip to the north of NZ, this was the best. It was a very cosy, beautiful, very clean family house. It had a beautiful, peaceful view to outside. The host family was very friendly and helpful.
