(4x4 off-road vehicle required, or you can take a local lift from the end of the tarmac road) - A friendly and cooperative welcome. Dinner and breakfast are all-you-can-eat buffet, varied and delicious. More than you would expect in a small local village. - In the evening we enjoyed the view and dinner from a very cosy heated terrace. - The room was fair, clean and tidy. In keeping with local tradition, there is no glazing in the windows, but there are blackout blinds and electric heating.

Much better than all those famous hotel brands we know. We wanted to choose an upscale local Omani hotel, and Maani Muscat Hotel & Suites exceeded our expectations.
