A beautiful hotel with well cared for lush attractive gardens which is very unusual in Oman. Peaceful, elegant decor, relaxing, lovely pool, lovely staff and an excellent BBQ style buffet dinner by the pool. Breakfasts catered for all tastes too. Comfortable spacious rooms. Good parking.

Absolutely loved it. Stayed in the family room. Very comfortable beds, the building and area was in historic Nizwa and the vibes were immaculate. The English speaking teen/young man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind and gave us advice on where to go for an authentic Omani dinner which so happened to also be where I had the best mojito.

Amazing staff very helpful! Love the location just opposite Nizwa fort and close to everything. Bed is comfortable. My room had a good view of Nizwa fort which was lovely and it was clean! Highly recommend this place!
