Joel was super helpful and showed us around the Uros islands and arranged a tour to Taquile. Even the super early drop off for our bus to La Paz was no problem. They made delicious vegan meals for us during our stay and the room is spectacular with views over the lake! it gets super cold at night but the heater is working great.

The location is amazing, the room is comfortable and the breakfast's great. Also the staff was extremely helpful and friendly: we arrived at 6 AM and they allowed an early check in for us so that we could rest. They also provided me a laundry service that was perfect. Thank you!

Very helpful staff, lovely breakfast, clean rooms. Within 5 minutes walking distance to main square although the walk back up is uphill. Good additonal spaces in reception area and dining hall. No late check out option. Good wifi.
