The staff are extremely helpful. I lost my debit card and they checked security cameras from the front of the hotel to see if I had dropped it there. They gave advice on local restaurants for lunch and organised taxis for us. We were made to feel very welcome. The free welcome drink an added bonus! The room was very clean and spacious. Fun rooftop bar. Good food in the lobby. Felt very safe walking around the area.

Everything was great! Lourdes and Pati are amazing hosts and do everything to make you feel comfortable. The room was big and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was delicious! Very good value for money!
