Very friendly and patient staff considering I didn't speak Spanish. Sometimes the restaurant service could be faster outside of the breakfast service. Nice to have a pool and the gym was quiet. Very clean and in a good, central location. The staff were helpful when I went on a tour to the National park - they took note of the hours I would be gone and spoke to the person leading the tour. Made me feel looked after! Also no problem for them to get you a taxi and the doorman was exceptional, very friendly. I'd had a busy few weeks and this stop allowed me to relax and I enjoyed the hotel so much I spent a lot of my time there!

There's a 24 hour desk - which means we could check in when we got off our bus from Cuenca at 3am. When our flight from Tumbes to Lima was canceled, they also helped us make emergency plans to get to Lima in time so we didn't miss our second flight.

Two apartments that look onto the beach and are very comfortable. The bed were good and the fridge worked. Also good WiFi and not to far to walk into town.
