Excellent hotel, condition like new. Nice and fresh rooms with everything needed. Quality restaurants in the same building, helpful staff. Pool on the 4th floor. Close to SM mall Clark. Good breakfast. I can recommend this hotel.

The large bedroom rooms and bathroom. The bar fringe was a larger size that most hotels I have stayed in. The range of alcoholic and soft drinks was very good. The was also a large range of chocolates,chips and biscuit on offer as well. Friendly staff

Room Service ( food ) was quick & well prepared although I thought the coleslaw could have been a bigger portion. staff were super attentive . I like that access to the hotel was controlled as the hotel is in close proximity to the (in)famous Walking Street. I likd that the quality of the hotel actually "caught me by surprise" and after many years traveling to the Phillpines I am sorry i did not find this GEM of an HOTEL sooner.
