I am reviewing Booking.Com.instead. i complained about misleading ads of the facility I booked, specifically L P Madriaga, and I asked for a refund due to the fact that I cancelled my reservation as the place was unsafe for me to stay, among other reasons, but Booking.Com had not replied to my repeated messages. It appears that no one from this site monitor their messages. This site has very poor customer service, it appears.
